Henry 'Calvert' Richardson -- Henry Calvert Richardson, 76, of Georgetown, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Aug. Calvert graduated from Georgetown High School and then joined the Army. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; daughter, Gail Hastings and her husband Frank; grandson, Scott Hastings and his wife Robin; great-grandsons, Hunter and Chad Hastings; great-granddaughters, Hana and Sara Hastings, all of Seaford; and nephews, David A. As always, Dave was a man who never felt out of place. Mildred spent many years supporting and working in her community. Mildred is survived by her daughters, Marguerite Windsor of Aston, Pa. Market St., Laurel, where a viewing will be held two hours before the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that friends provide a non-perishable food item(s) to the church food pantry in her memory or a donation to Centenary United Methodist Church. She married Benny Young, supported his banking career and, together, they moved to Seaford to begin a new life together in Delaware.
After his honorable discharge he attended and graduated from Goldey Beacom College on Aug. He then began his 41 year career at Wilmington Trust Co., retiring on Sept. Calvert was an old fashion banker, many of his deals were done with a handshake and his word, which allowed many people to turn their dreams into realities. She worked at a number of shops in town and started her own business with Doris Boyce. She was one of the original founders of Laurel Saddle Friends which demonstrated her love of horses. As a four year Century Club Key Holder for the Texas Lions Camp and Lions Club past president, Dave was a tireless worker for the cause. is on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, stationed in New River, N. Andrew David Anhaiser, a student, is a USMC reservist stationed in Galveston, Texas. Anhaiser attends middle school in Sugar Land where he resides with daughter, Lisa and son-in-law James L. He also took trips to Mississippi and New Orleans to catch up with old friends. Dave was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Alexis Jayne Anhaiser with whom he will spend eternity. She enjoyed traveling with Ben on many trips, including the Holy Land, England, Ireland, crossing the Trans-Canadian Railway and cruising on the QE2.
